Manor, Texas, 1914), an architect who left his stamp on Austin and surrounding communities designing homes, corporate offices, hotels and motels, and restaurants from 1945 until his death in 1985. Both he and wife Joyce were life long members of the Optimist (and Opt-Mrs.) club and fixtures of early Austin civic life.
